Right of withdrawal from the contract (14 days)
Regardless of our 30-day return policy, as a consumer you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act). You may submit your withdrawal statement online using our contract withdrawal form. Our 30-day return policy is an additional, voluntary benefit beyond this statutory period.
From the date you receive your order, you have 30 days to request a return.
We accept returns of products in their original condition: unused, unworn, and complete in their packaging.
How to submit a return request?
Send an e-mail to info@kidartsy.comΒ with your order number. Our team will guide you step by step through the entire return process.
Return costs
The customer bears the cost of returning the package.
Returns must be sent by registered mail with a tracking number.
Where to send the return
Returns may be sent exclusively to our return address in China. After your return has been approved, our team will send you the full address by e-mail; therefore, please do not send anything before receiving this message.
Our Polish company address is not a return address. Packages sent to the Polish address will not be accepted and will be rejected.
Exchanges
Would you like to receive a different product, size, color, or model? Mention this in your message, and our team will be happy to help arrange an exchange.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 business days using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.
Please note that banks or payment operators may sometimes need additional time to process the transaction.
Problems with your order
Did your order arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you expected? Contact us immediately at info@kidartsy.com, providing your order number and clear photos of the problem.
We will ensure an appropriate solution β replacement of the product or a full refund.
