Order shipping

All orders are shipped via trusted courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS directly to the address you provided within Poland, France, and the United Kingdom.

Order acceptance deadline

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11:00 AM (GMT+1, Warsaw) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Order preparation time

Order processing and preparation for shipment usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery time

The average delivery time via our courier companies is 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total processing time

From order placement to delivery, the total processing time usually takes 4–9 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping to the United Kingdom is completely free.
For orders shipped to Poland and France, a flat shipping fee of 2.50 € applies, automatically calculated at checkout.
Every order receives a tracking number, so you can easily track your package.

No delivery

If your order has not been delivered within the expected time, contact us at info@kidartsy.com so our team can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
