What is Kidartsy?

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping to the United Kingdom is completely free. For orders from Poland and France, a fee of 2.50 € applies, automatically added at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Your order will be delivered within 3–7 working days (Monday to Friday) from the moment of shipment. When the package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link.

Do you ship abroad?

At the moment, we ship orders within Poland, France, and the United Kingdom. As soon as we expand the delivery area, we will let you know first!

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return products, provided they have not been used and are in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. To initiate a return, contact us at info@kidartsy.com

How long does the refund take?

After receiving and approving the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days. Depending on the bank's processing time, the funds may appear in your account a little later.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BLIK. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
