Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping to the United Kingdom is completely free. Orders from Poland and France incur a €2.50 fee, added automatically at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Your order will be delivered within 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. Once the shipment is on its way, you will receive a tracking link.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship orders within Poland, France, and the United Kingdom. As soon as we expand our delivery area, you will be the first to know!

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return products, provided they have not been used and are in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at info@kidartsy.com. You can find all the details in our return policy.

How long does a refund take?

After receiving and approving the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, the funds may appear in your account slightly later.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BLIK. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
