Right of withdrawal from the contract (14 days)
Regardless of our 30-day return policy, as a consumer you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act). You can submit a withdrawal statement online using our withdrawal form. Our 30-day return policy is an additional, voluntary benefit beyond this statutory period.
You have 30 days from the date of receiving the order to report a return.
We accept returns of products in their original condition: unused, unworn, and complete in the packaging.

Send an email to info@kidartsy.com with your order number. Our team will guide you step by step through the entire return process.
Return costs
The customer bears the cost of sending the package back.
Returns must be sent by registered mail with a tracking number.
Exchange
Want to receive a different product, size, color, or model? Mention this in your message, and our team will gladly assist in arranging the exchange.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned package, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 business days using the same payment method used when placing the order.
Please note that banks or payment operators may sometimes require additional time to process the transaction.

Did your order arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you expected? Contact us immediately at info@kidartsy.com, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will ensure an appropriate solution β either a product exchange or a full refund.
